2. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Content Strategy Advisor, you will be responsible for defining the content strategy and editorial direction for CryptoThreads.io. Working closely with the Content and SEO teams, you will provide strategic guidance, review content quality, and ensure every published piece aligns with E-E-A-T, YMYL, and business growth objectives. This is a part-time advisory role focused on strategy, quality, and long-term content excellence.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

   Content Strategy & Editorial Direction

• Develop and maintain the content strategy roadmap aligned with SEO objectives and audience growth goals.

• Define content pillars, topical priorities, and opportunities to strengthen topical authority within the Web3 and Crypto space.

• Establish and continuously refine editorial standards, including E-E-A-T, sourcing and citation practices, tone of voice, and content quality guidelines.

• Advise on content formats and strategic angles that improve search visibility, user value, and brand credibility.

  Content Review & Advisory

• Review content produced by writers and freelancers to ensure alignment with the content strategy and editorial standards.

• Provide structured feedback and strategic recommendations to improve content quality, accuracy, and SEO performance.

• Mentor and guide the content team on best practices for Web3 content creation and YMYL compliance.

  Strategic Advisory & Performance Monitoring

• Analyze SEO and content performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Participate in regular strategy review sessions with internal teams and management to align priorities and business objectives.

• Proactively identify risks related to content quality, compliance, or strategic direction, and recommend appropriate solutions.

4. REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory requirements

• Minimum 05 years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or SEO content strategy at a Senior or Lead level.

• Proven experience in developing content strategies for Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, or other YMYL industries.

• Strong understanding of E-E-A-T, YMYL, and Google's content quality guidelines.

• Experience reviewing, editing, mentoring, or providing strategic guidance to content teams.

• Ability to interpret SEO and content performance data (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console) to support strategic decision-making.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Preferred requirements (Bonus)

• Background in crypto/blockchain journalism, content marketing, or editorial leadership within a Web3 media organization.

• Experience advising multiple clients or projects in an agency or consulting environment.

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

5. ENGAGEMENT TERMS & BENEFITS

• Engagement Type: Part-time Retainer (scope to be finalized based on content volume).

• Compensation: Monthly retainer, negotiable based on experience and scope of work.

• Contract Type: Service/Consulting Agreement (not a Labor Contract).

• Flexible, asynchronous collaboration with the Content team, along with periodic strategy review sessions.

• Opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a fast-growing Web3 media platform.

• Work directly with leading KOLs, global Web3 projects, and international teams.

• Optional participation in international Web3 events such as KBW, TOKEN2049, and ETHGlobal.

6. WORKING INFORMATION

• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere).

• Engagement: Part-time Retainer (a few hours per week).

• Working Schedule: Flexible working hours with periodic strategy review and alignment sessions.
