Graphic Designer - HRGlobal

2. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating modern and professional visual designs that elevate HRGlobal's brand presence and increase brand awareness across digital channels. You also work with the team to turn campaign ideas and creative concepts into high-quality visual designs while maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity.

- Marketing Executive
- Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding (TA/EB) Team
Report to: HRGlobal Leader

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design engaging visual content for social media platforms.

• Create website graphics, banners, landing pages, and UI elements that deliver a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate with the team  to brainstorm and bring creative concepts for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

• Adapt and optimize designs for different digital platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, ..

• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints by following HRGlobal's visual identity and design guidelines.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and branding. 

4. REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a strong advantage).

• Strong skills in Figma and UI design (layout, components, basic UX).

• Good communication, teamwork, and independent working capability.

• Portfolio required (branding, digital design, UI case studies).

• Basic English skills 

Preferred Requirements

• Proficient with AI design tools 

• Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across digital channels is a strong advantage.

• Prior experience working on corporate branding, employer branding, or brand communication projects is preferred.

5. BENEFIT

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from VND 12,000,000 - 18,000,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.

• Monthly lunch allowance of VND 700,000.

• 1-month probation period with 85% of the official salary.

• Public holiday and Tet bonuses, and 13th-month salary (or more) in accordance with the Company's policies.

• Full participation in Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) upon successful completion of the probation period.

6. WORKING INFORMATION

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 -17:30) + 2 Sat/month (8:30 -16:30)

• Working Location: 5th Floor, Netland Building, 27 Le Van Luong Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

• Employment Type: Full-time Onsite.

• Probation Period: 1 month (85% of the official salary)
