ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at The20. In this role, you will work on a variety of design projects, including internal initiatives and outsourced Web3 projects for clients.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging visual content, contribute to brand development, and deliver high-quality designs across digital platforms. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects, expand your design portfolio, and gain hands-on experience in the Web3 industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design visual content for social media 

• Create website graphics, banners, landing pages, and UI elements optimized for user experience.

• Develop illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for blog posts and marketing materials.

• Ideate and execute creative concepts that drive community engagement and virality.

• Adapt and optimize designs for each social platform (X, Telegram, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

• Stay ahead of the latest design trends in cryptocurrency, Web3, and social media.

• Work closely with Content and Marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mandatory Requirements: 
  - Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  - Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a strong advantage).
  - Strong skills in Figma and UI design (layout, components, basic UX).
  - Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  - Good communication, teamwork, and independent working capability.
   

• Preferred Requirements (Bonus): 
  - Professional video editing / motion graphics skills.
  - Proficient with AI design tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Kling, etc.).
  - Previous experience designing for Web3, crypto, or blockchain projects.
  - Proven track record creating infographics, key visuals, or brand identities for crypto projects.

• Salary range: Competitive monthly salary ranging from VND 12,000,000 - 17,000,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.

• Monthly lunch allowance of VND 700,000.

• 1-month probation period with 85% of the official salary.

Working time: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays per month. (8:30 - 16:30)
