ABOUT THE ROLE

As an agency-side Marketing Executive, you will work on marketing campaigns for multiple clients across different sectors of the Crypto/Web3 ecosystem. The role requires a solid marketing foundation, the ability to quickly understand different products and target audiences, and the flexibility to manage multiple projects and marketing activities simultaneously. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and community-based) for various project phases: pre-launch, TGE, and post-launch; offline Crypto/Web3 events and activations, including meetups, workshops, side events, conferences, and community events.

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, venues, vendors, partners, KOLs, and communities throughout the event lifecycle, from planning and preparation to on-site execution and post-event reporting.

• Support the development of event concepts, agendas, attendee journeys, engagement activities, promotional materials, and operational plans to ensure smooth event execution.

• Create multi-channel communication content (X, Telegram, Discord, Website..).

• Manage and optimize the performance of KOL campaigns, community seeding, referral programs, and contests.

• Collaborate directly with Design, Business Development, and Partnership teams to ensure consistent messaging.

• Track campaign performance: monitor KPIs, measure data, and prepare performance reports.

• Propose new ideas based on market and community insights.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech startups.

• Solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem (DeFi, NFT, Layer2, BTCFi, etc.).

• Strong foundation in marketing principles, including target audience identification, positioning, customer journey, campaign planning, channel strategy, execution, and performance measurement.

• Proficient in social marketing: content creation, viral campaigns, seeding, and community engagement.

• Skilled in tracking metrics, compiling data, and reporting campaign performance.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

• Have a personal computer to bring to work

NICE TO HAVE

• Direct experience in running KOL, Ambassador, Airdrop, or Community Growth campaigns.

• Creative mindset with a keen ability to adapt to Web3 market trends.

• Hands-on experience in organizing offline events, community meetups, workshops, conferences, side events, or brand activations is a strong plus.

• Experience coordinating with venues, vendors, production teams, speakers, KOLs, communities, sponsors, or other external partners during event execution is preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: Up to 17.000.000 VNĐ

• Only 1 month probationary period (85% salary). Lunch allowance after signing the labor contract (700.000 VNĐ/month)

• Bonuses on holidays, Tet.

WORKING HOUR

• Mon - Fri (8h30 - 17h30)+ 2 Sat/month (8:30 -16:30). Lunch break: 12:00 -13:00
